LB series rotary vane flowmeter is a kind of positive displacement flowmeter, mainly used to measure the total flow of the liquid flowing through the closed pipeline, it has been widely used for the commercial and trade measurement to the raw oil, raw oil finished products (petrol, kerosene, diesel etc.) and the chemicals, food etc.
Structure & Principle
The metal vane group telescopes in the 4 radial channels of the rotary cylinder led by the cam of the fixed central axle , at the same time pushes the rotary cylinder to rotate. Two vane groups and the inside wall of the case, the outside circle of the rotary cylinder form a volume-fixed measuring cabinet. One rotation of the rotary cylinder can drain the volume of the four measuring cabinet. The rotation number of the rotary wheel is transmitted to the indicator through the sealing shaft to indicate the flowed total flow.
l High accuracy, wide flow range, good repeatability;
l Rotation is stable, there is no pressure fluctuation with the fluid in the pipeline, the noise is low;
l The accuracy is affected slightly by the viscosity change of the measured medium;
l The structure of the single case is simple, the body is compact and the weight is light; The structure of the dual case prevents the deformation of the measuring cavity caused by the high pressure and the change of the temperature to ensure the measuring accuracy, also the inside case assembly can be drawn out to carry out the maintenance and the pipe rinse, pipeline sweeping, pressure test.
l It is can be provided with various counters, senders in light of the requirement to realize the local display or remoteness;
l The measuring accuracy is independent of the fluid state, there needs no straight run of pipe in front and rear of the flowmeter, save of the land occupation and the cost.
