Looking back in 2020, we all experienced the COVID-19 epidemic and faced the challenge of life together. Similarly, in this year, we have created struggle, tenacity and hope together. Although in adversity, we still submitted a satisfactory answer for entire staff.  In 2020, the catastrophic and threatening COVID-19 epidemic swept the globe and brought immeasurable influence on the economy and life of the people all over the world. In this context, last year our company was still able to complete the 136 million yuan of orders, output value 161 million yuan and payment collection 140 million yuan. In addition, we have completed the development of new products, 28 process improvements, declare 7 invention patents and 5 utility model patents. In 2020, company continued to improve the construction of quality management system, completed the API system certification and obtained the certificate, completed the standard implementation system certification and application Kaifeng mayor quality award and obtained the certificate.

 At the beginning of the epidemic, we experienced a special period of complete shutdown and partial resumption of work. During this period, in order to reflect the enterprise's humanistic care for employees, the company still pays normal salary and basic living guarantee money, there was no reduction in employee benefits throughout the year. These achievements are the result of the unity and joint efforts of all staff. However, when we are pleased with our achievements, we must soberly recognize the current situation, and COVID-19 epidemic is still there, the external operating pressure of enterprises continues to increase, the order of conventional products has a significant downward trend, product quality problems occur from time to time, and the overall operation situation is still not optimistic. In order to reply the current complex and changeable economic environment and the severe challenges faced by enterprise development, in 2021, the company will comprehensively and deeply promote the construction of "amoeba" operation and management system, make an effort in more refined management, reduce unit operating costs, improve unit economic benefits, and enable enterprises to timely adjust to the best state with market changes. Combined with the current overall situation, our company's goal this year is to obtain 170 million yuan of orders, 170 million yuan of output value and 160 million yuan of payment collection. To achieve this goal, all staff need to work harder. I believe that through unremitting efforts, we will be able to achieve it smoothly.
